Family Relief

The Chicago Hawks Hockey Club established the Family Relief Fund (FRF) to assist families needing financial assistance with hockey fees. Families who are temporarily struggling to pay fees as a result of a job loss or other financial crisis may apply for fee relief.

Aid from the FRF is designed to be short-term and to offset a portion of a player's fees.

All applications for the Family Relief Fund must be submitted by October 15, 2014.
